Washington’s art program explores the relationship between natural systems and industrial structure through layered materials, repeated forms, and biophilic references. Inspired by growth patterns, botanical studies, and modular geometry, the collection introduces moments of texture and organic movement throughout the property’s shared spaces.

STORY

Biophilic Industrial

The artwork for Washington was developed around the contrast between natural growth and structured repetition. Botanical references, leaf studies, and organic textures were paired with geometric compositions and modular forms to create a collection that feels both refined and tactile.

Throughout the property, layered materials and repeated sculptural elements create moments of rhythm and movement within the architecture. Black ceramic wall pieces, graphic textile-inspired works, and botanical imagery were used to soften the industrial character of the interiors while reinforcing a calm, contemporary visual language.
